Todd planned a Family Saturday. We wandered over to Snoqualmie Pass and Gold Creek Pond to snow shoe. This was a great day and we enjoyed our time together. Next year, little miss will be walking with her own shoes (no more being pulled in the sled)

Mikaela and I wandered down to Oregon for a few days to hang with Auntie and Uncle, as well as catch a few George Fox basketball games!

Valentine's Dinner cheeseburgers and milkshakes and Dicks Drive In
Cousins had a Friday off and we accompanied them to the Seattle Aquarium - we watched the otters get lunch, found Hank the octopus, Nemo and Dory
We woke up one Sunday to SNOW!!!! We probably had about 3-4 inches and we made the best of it. Making a snowman as well as sledding down the hill. I may have had more fun that M did.
M had been asking to go to a SilverTips game. So we happily obliged. She really got into it - ringing her cowbell after ever goal (4 in total).
Had a difficult day at work - but then was able to catch the
sunset washing over the snow covered mountains. A beautiful reminder of
God's handiwork
.
Todd gifted me at Christmas with a certificate to attend a Jenny Cookie's bake shop class. It was so much fun to go - learning all her tips and tricks. I walked away quite enthused about getting some baking done. Stay tuned!
Her theme at the bake shop is "Breakfast of Champions" and the following Saturday she had pj day at the shop - giving cake pops to all who wore their jammies! The month was rounded out by eating dinner at Montalcino restaurant in Issaquah. It was an Italian family run place - quite quaint and charming. Mom and Dad came with us, and we enjoyed the intimate setting.
