Stepping into Summer

Man oh man, it's been a busy fun month.  Here's a catch up on what happened in JUNE!!! 

It started with taking my cousin out around town to celebrate his graduation and being back home.   We went to a pub where we played mini golf and Mario Kart! 

 We had a family backyard picnic, because family was in town to celebrate HS graduations!

 My cousin graduated from HS!  It was a beautiful night!  We are so glad the weather cooperated because then we were able to come. She and I are now ALUMNI - just a few years apart.  😄

 Later in the month we met up with some friends at the car museum!  We were able to get a free membership through an offer with AAA.  Here is M in front of the old fire truck.  With 4 kids under 5 - it was a quick and busy trip.  But we had - and maybe might come back to visit again.

 A local winery has a free concert on the first Tuesday of the month.  There were food trucks and we had a picnic on the lawn.  M enjoyed dancing to the music.

Later in the month we joined my sis and bro down in Oregon for a weekend away.  M stayed with my folks, we so enjoyed adult time.  We stayed at McMenamins - enjoying the spa and playing a short golf.

 It was the same weekend as Father's day.  Poor Todd didn't get quite the royal treatment, but we still made sure to let him know how much we love him!  Mikaela picked out some cars for the two of them to play with.

 Building sandcastles at the lake.  We happened to also run into a friend from daycare, and it was fun to watch the two play and interact together.

I think that pretty much sums up our month.  The weather has been warming up and we are excited for more adventures!
